Gift card Holder with Magnolia..

Hey Magnolia friends...

I was super lucky to receive an envelope board from my wonderful crafty friend Jenny 

(thank-you so much jenny) 

 I was very excited to try it out so I made this gift card holder, it was really easy to make and an awesome way to give that someone special a gift card!!

Hope you like it...

I used two of the new stamps from Lost and Found collection ..

Tilda with spring heart and a background that was included in the club kit.

Coloured with Distress ink markers and refill...

Sentiment is from a Stampin up.

Flowers are from Wild Orchid crafts...

The doilies and lace are all from my stash...

Here is the inside of the card, when you open it the gift card holder slides out...

The little notches made with the envelope board fold in to keep it closed.

Birthday Wishes Paper bag card...

Hey everyone...

I wanted to try something new so I went out and got some paper bags and made a card with them!!

These cards are such a great idea to give to someone if you want to add in a little gift or even a gift card...

I used some of the new stamps from the Lost and Found collection - they came in the stamp club kit.

- Rose packages 

- Tilda with spring heart

Tilda is masked on top of the gorgeous gifts and coloured with distress ink..

The Doohickey I used for the scalloped circle frame is called "Lace coaster" by Magnolia..

Pretty flowers from Wild orchid crafts 

and a cute zipper "Love you" from Prima..

 

Isn't she super cute...Loving the new collection!!

I added some gloss to heart for a bit of shine...

Now here is the inside of the paper bag card...

 The ribbon is used to pull out the insert that's inside the opening of the bag...

and there is a little gift attached !!

The Designer paper is from Magnolias Winter wonderland paper release...its so pretty !!

Moscow Moscow!!

Hi everyone, 

We have a new challenge at Inky Chicks today ( first one for the new year) and this time its

" ANYTHING GOES "

Arent't the new Little Circus Moscow stamps super cute...??

I have made a card using two of the new stamps.. ..

Edwin Nutcracker soldier , Moscow cathedral

 

My card I made using a die from Sizzix called pop 'n' cut base 

and also the insert that comes with the base kit to create a pop up in the middle!!

(You will see this in one of the photos below)

Images are all coloured with distress ink markers and refills...

I masked edwin infront of the cathedral!!

I added in some jazz glitter glue and stickles for some sparkle...

And here is the middle pop up...I love these pop up kits they have all sorts of different inserts to create different insides, lots of fun!!

Happy new year...

Hello to all...

My first post for 2014, I hope you all had a great Christmas and New year!!

I got very spoilt at Christmas time with lots of new crafting goodies...so I have been happily playing in my craft room, which I also got new furniture for!! 

(I will have to post some pics of my room once its all finished and I clean up my desk lol!!)

But to start off the year I have a Christmas card to share with you that I made for a fellow 

Magnolia team  mate... ( I couldn't show you until she received it or it wouldn't be a surprise hehe )

Stamps I used:

Day before Christmas noel Tilda  and Merry Christmas text

from Winter Wonderland collection

        

Here it is...A bauble shaped card!!

I added some bells for a little Christmas jingle..

The card is held closed with the ribbon on top of the bauble...

I added lots of shaved ice for sparkle and shine...

and coloured my images using distress ink!!
