Streets of London...

Good afternoon fellow crafters...

I have a new card to share using heaps of the little london collection stamps...

I masked them all together and coloured them using distress inks to create a little street scene...

Aren't they all super cute!!!

Stamps I used are 

- Telephone booth

- Afternoon tea Tilda

- Edwin with derby hat 

- Cute magnolia

- Afternoon tea bench

- Afternoon tea plant

Now onto my card.... 

I added in lots of embellishments around the image...flowers, buttons, butterfly and more!!

There is lots of different lace and ribbons on this one from my shop Ashcraft & gifts...

Pretty flowers from wild orchid that I made look shabby by adding some white paint...

A pocket with a tag inside... 

Oh isn't Edwin here looking so dapper with his hat and suit!!!!

Magnolia "for u"...

Hey everyone, 

I made another paper bag card today using an image I had already coloured up last week ready to go..

I masked some stamps from a few different collections

Bon voyage - Bon voyage Tilda

So heavenly - travel luggage

Love - love heart 

All coloured using distress ink markers and re-inkers.. here it is!!!

I made a little banner using the flag from doohickey die set flag and cloud, threaded through some twine and then added on the words "for u "...

The flower I made using a die from memory box, inked the edges with frayed burlap and layered it all together with a nice little brad in the middle...

Large clock in the background is a die from Tim holtz dies!!

I also used a new die from couture creations...(the frame under my image) its so nice and lacey!!

The pretty lace I sourced today from a little craft store I found near my home...

I added in some stitching using my sewing machine...Love the stitching on cards !!

On the inside I used a mask to add in a vinatge clock with frayed burlap distress ink..

The designer paper is from kaisercraft...

The paper bag I got from my local spotlight, it did have handles so I just removed those!!

Black/white and one colour..

Hey everyone, 

The challenge at Inky chicks is to use black/white and a colour...

This was something different for me and I was really quite pleased with the outcome!!!

Here is my card...

I coloured the image using distress ink markers and re-inkers on Langton hot press smooth paper.

The flowers are from Wild orchid crafts...

I also made the little hat pin poking out ot the flowers!!

There is lots of sparkle sprinkled all around the outside edge of the card...as the sentiment says 

'fairy dust is a must"!!

See my hat pin...these are fun to make, and look so pretty!!

There is so many nice beads and pearls available to make these with.

(I got mine from my local spotlight)

This Tilda stamp is so cute...

I had her on my wish list for awhile so I recently purchased her!!

She is called - Fairy tale Tilda from Fairy tale collection.

To the moon and back....!!

Hey everyone, 

Hope you are all well and having lots of fun crafty time...

I had an order for a valentine card for a male to make today, so I headed into my craft room and grabbed two stamps from the Winner takes all collection 

-Moon 

-Super Edwin

( I find it harder to make cards for men because I always want to add pretty girly things lol!! )

Yulis had recently made a card using a sky background technique so I thought I would try it out...

Here is my go at the sky technique!!

                 

The distress inks I used were -weathered woon and -stormy sky

I sprayed the background with maya pearl mist, lindys stamp gang sprays and a goosebump spray..

The moon is covered in glossy accents, then to add texture I heat dryed it so it bubbled.

                

The text stamp is from Kaiser craft..I thought it suited this card and these winner takes all collection stamps well!!

               

I added in some cheesecloth, string pearls, glitter and lace...thought I'd better not add flowers to this one lol...although I was tempted!!

Let me know what you think of my male card...??

Also it was my first go using the Langton hot press smooth paper to colour my image on (after it finally turned up...)

Use an animal stamp...

Hey guys and gals...

We have a new challenge at inky chicks and that's to use a cute animal stamp..

So of course I grabbed out some magnolia stamps!!

I have used two stamps from the little circus Moscow collection

- Miss Dorothy 

- Elephant show tilda 

Here is my creation....

I coloured my masked image using distress inks...it was stamped using archival black.

I added lots of jazz glitter glue and stickles for sparkle...

The sentiment is a new stamp I got from LOTV... 

I stitched around the card and the image..I just love using my new machine!!!!

The hat pin I made using some pretty beads and pearls...I purchased all the supplies from my local spotlight, so easy and fun to make !! 

Flowers are from wild orchid crafts...

Hey everyone...

I have a new Maggie card to share with you coloured using my copics!!

I haven't had my markers out for awhile because I have been addicted to my distress inks but once I picked them up I realized I had missed them !! Lol

This is a new stamp from the lost and found collection from magnolia - tilda with big balloon 

Sentiment is from LOTV and stamped with stampin up ink..

Flowers are from wild orchid crafts... 

I put some cheesecloth behind the image along with a cute doily!!

Isn't the little butterfly so cute...?

I added some white highlights to my tilda using opaque white paint.

I stitched the card using my sewing machine around the image and the background card...

A Nice and pink card for a special someone...with lots of pearls and pretty things!
