I made another Edwin card today...

This time I used the gorgeous "time to drink champagne edwin stamp duo."

I coloured the image using distress ink markers and refills..

Designer paper is by maja designs from the vintage baby collection...

I just love maja papers!!

Thr birthday die cut is from simons says stamp..

And the doily die is by couture creations called Rowena!!

# FRIENDS...!!

Hi everyone...

I was inspired recently by a card made by

 Diane from DeeDee's card art  

to get my watercolours out...

So I grabbed my paints and...

this is what my end result looks like!!

I used the Peerless watercolours for 

the background and Distress inks to colour in Tilda..

If you haven't tried Peerless watercolours I really recommend them, 

they have gorgeous colours and they work awesome!!

The sentiment and # is from Lawn fawn!!

I added lots of pretty flowers to this one from a mixture of companies..

I've got a CAS card to share with you all today !!

I used this gorgeous new Tilda called - Mail Tilda....

Isn't she so sweet!!

The designer paper is by Maja Designs... 

The stitched frame is made using Lawn fawn stitched rectangle frames, 

I am loving these, they are so cool!!

Tilda is all coloured using Distress inks!!

This is what the inside looks like...

I added some more Maja designs paper, 

a stitched rectangle frame for the writing panel 

and a "XOXOXOXO" die I got from my friend Jenny!!

MDUC birthday and sad news....!!

Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday to you....

yep that's right its Magnolia down under's 6th birthday 

and to celebrate the challenge is Birthday!!

 Unfortunately this is a sad birthday for MDUC 

as this is going to be the last challenge for the blog...

The girls have done a wonderful job running this blog for 6 years, and I thank them for having me on their awesome design team!!

Here is my card....

I used shabby white frantage on my die cuts to add some cool sparkle and shabbyness...

Most of the dies used are from one of Magnolias recent doohickey club kits!!

I coloured my Tilda using distress inks...

Snips, Snails and Puppy dog tails...

Its MDUC challenge time, and this one is all for the boys!!

I used this gorgeous Edwin and coloured him with distress inks...

The designer papers I used are from Kaisercraft and Maja designs..

The gorgeous Anchor die and the banner tags are from the first Doohickey club!!

I made a little pocket for the tags using a small kraft envelope..

Valentines with a twist.... !!

Its new challenge time at MDUC....

This fortnight we are having a 

Valentines challenge with a twist.....

Ready for it....

This card I made for a friend of ours to give to his wife, 

he wanted a cat on it so this is what I came up with...

I thought this gorgeous Magnolia cat was perfect for the card!!

The beautiful lace doilies trim and the love wood veneer is from Prima !!

Images are all coloured with copic..

I used the doohickey die from Magnolia called SPRAWLING FERNS to add in under the pretty flower. (the bow is a magnolia doohickey die too)

Its a new year lets Bingo...!!

Hi everyone...

Its Bingo time to start off the new year of challenges at MDUC !!

The bingo line I have chosen is - 

shaker, use an older stamp and white only...

Thought this would challenge me a little, but I came up with a CAS style tag with the shaker and the gorgeous older Magnolia stamp coloured with copics!!

The shaker is made using the shaker die and shaker pockets from Impression obsession,

I added in some glitter and some flakes!!

The pretty lace die is from Prima, and the cloud is a newbie from LaLa land called stitched cloud!!

Hope you like my simple little tag, all ready to add to a baby girls present!!

I wanted to have a go at a card without a coloured image so here it is...

Reindeer Christmas...!!

Hope you all had a great long weekend!!

Its a new challenge time at Magnolia down under and this time the challenge is an inspirational photo... 

Here's my take on the pic...

I coloured my reindeer using copics then

added some glitter glues for the ribbon and bells!!

The flower die is from Tattered lace and the tree is a Magnolia doohickey..

papers are from Maja designs..!!

Glad to have a few Christmas cards already done this year....

I'm never prepared at Christmas time lol!!

Have a sweet day...!!

Hi everyone...

Yesterday I had my Copics out and coloured in this gorgeous Tilda from 

the Pink lemonade collection!!

I wanted to do a card with a mint and peach theme... 

So I grabbed some supplies from my shop, 

Prima flowers, peach ribbons, some papers and a pretty mint Trim..!!

This is what I came up with....

The card base and pieces were cut out using my Silhouette machine...

and the Heart doily border is a die from La la land crafts!!

This Sweet sentiment id by C.C designs.. "Have a sweet day"..

I added some clear Wink of Stella for some sparkles, Glossy accents to her shades and some opaque white paint for detail!!

All my edges were inked using an ink edger by Prima in the colour of Attic dust..

It's a pink Christmas...!!

Hey peeps...

Its getting so close to Christmas so I have started on making my cards 

because every year I am always very slack when it comes to Christmas cards lol...

so this year I think I may be a little more prepared!!

Here is my new card with a cutttteee new stamp from the Christmas stamp club kit!!

I used some of the gorgeous new doohickey dies from the 

latest Christmas doohickey club kit...

The tree and the rocking horse..aren't they adorable!!

I added a little jingle bell to the rocking horse for a bit of Christmas bling...

All papers are from Maja designs, bling is from Magnolia, 
The cute oval frame is a die cut by Crafty ann !!

Hi everyone... 

Its time for a new challenge at Magnolia down under for this fortnight and this time its a recipe - yellow, pink, lace and pearls!!

I used one of the new stamps from the latest Christmas theme stamp-club kit..

I'm not sure what she is called yet but she is super duper cute!!

I coloured her up using Copic markers...

The paper flowers are made using an awesome new die that was included in the Christmas doohickey club, I added some stickles to them for some pretty sparkle..!!

The designer paper I used is all from Maja designs..

Hey friends...

This card I coloured up while I was over in Melbourne staying with my friend Jenny...

We always have heaps of fun when we get a chance to catch up and have crafty time!!

Wish we didn't live a trip over water from each other, would be so nice to be able to craft together more often!

This image was coloured using Sennellier water colour paints and distress ink just for the skin...
